OVERVIEW
#36DaysofType is an online challenge for artists to create an artistic version of the 26 letters of the alphabet and 10 numbers. Artists are free to create the letterforms in any style or medium and do not need to abide by any rules or restrictions. With this freedom to create, my experimental rendition of the alphabet came to life.
SOLUTION
For my interpretation, I used the Procreate app on the iPad to create a fun and experimental set of letterforms and numbers. Each letter and number would be a chance for me to explore different graphic styles and Procreate tools. My inspiration came from modern, block letterforms, and my passion for script lettering. A consistent grid and color pallet unify the designs as a complete set.
